Maties, SA Rugby Union chief to face off in court

The University of Stellenbosch will oppose an application to provide essential information to beleaguered SA Rugby Union chief executive Jurie Roux in the Cape Town High Court today. In June last year the university filed a R37-million lawsuit against Roux for alleged financial mismanagement when he was president of the Maties Rugby Club from 2002 to 2010.
