Cape family give R240‚000 to sangoma who promised to double it

A 26-year-old sangoma from Uganda has been arrested by Cape Town police after he conned a family of more than R240‚000‚ promising them he would double their money. The SAPS' Nasiphi Same said the suspect‚ who practises in Site C‚ convinced the family to sell their house."The last transaction of R40‚000 was handed over to the suspect on 22 February 2016.
