Four in court over R1.2 million drug bust

Four suspects taken into custody after a R1.2 million bust were to appear in the Muizenberg Magistrate’s Court on Friday. They had been arrested on Tuesday by members of South African Police Service’s Flying Squad‚ who “responded to information received about the possible delivery of narcotics to a residence in Marina da Gama”.The residence in Dabchick Road was searched and tik uncovered‚ and officers found more than 30,000 mandrax tablets stored in a Toyota Corolla on the property.The suspects – two women and two men – at the residence were apprehended.
