Priciest homes are in the Cape

If there's one street in the country where residents are unlikely to be troubled by yesterday's 25-basis point increase in the interest rate, it is Nettleton Road in Clifton, Cape Town.The average value of a house there is R47.55-million, the highest in the country, says analytics company Lightstone.
