A man broke his leg when he leapt from a second-floor window while trying to escape a vice squad raid on a Cape Town brothel.City of Cape Town mayoral committee member for safety and security‚ JP Smith‚ said the council vice squad and the Hawks conducted the raid in the city centre."They arrested four women for prostitution.
