Yach makes waves for the 100th time

It used to be considered madness - a swim from Robben Island to the mainland in only a swimming cap and a Speedo.Yesterday, open-water swimmer Theodore Yach did it for the 100th time. The centenary swim and fund-raising event was yet another milestone in an impressive swimming career spanning much of the world.
