Court grants interdict against MyCiTi protesters

An urgent Western Cape High Court interdict bans protesters from disrupting MyCiTi buses in Dunoon and Joe Slovo. The interdict was granted on Wednesday in response to an application from the City of Cape Town‚ and it was due to be served on Thursday on 11 respondents‚ including the Govan Mbeki branch of the South African National Civic Organisation (Sanco) and illegal minibus-taxi operators.
