Fines to the value of almost R100,000 were handed out during Operation Paseka‚ which wrapped up in the Cape Town CBD in the early hours of Friday morning.South African Police Service spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Andrè Traut said the activity which had a “special emphasis on the Long Street night life delivered the desired results”.
