At what age do we hit "peak friendship"? Scientists believe they might have found the answer. Our social networks shrink from the age of 25, the data reveals, with the pool of friends a person has getting smaller and smaller as the years go by.The phone records of more than 3.2 million mobile users in Europe were analysed for the study,They found social circles tend to decrease until the age of 45 when the number stabilises for about a decade. After 55 there is again a steady decrease when "retirement, health issues and the death of friends can leave people socially isolated".Bad news if you are already past the age of 25, but good news if you are over that age and don't like socialising very much. ..
