South Africa were drawn with hosts Brazil in both the men's and women's football competitions at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in August. The men's Under-23 side will also tackle Asian qualifiers Iraq and Denmark, a good draw for Owen da Gama's side as they seek to reach the knockout rounds of the tournament for the first time.
