Cope: Extra tuition needed to tackle youth joblessness

The Congress of the People (Cope) said offering extra lessons to students will reverse the tide of unemployment affecting mainly black and coloured youths. Statistician-general Pali Lehohla revealed shocking findings of the 2009 to 2014 profile of youth survey on Monday.In the survey‚ unemployment among the youth increased from 34% in 2009 to 35% in 2014.
