'Threesome' celeb to appeal lifting of gag

The celebrity at the centre of an extramarital threesome scandal has filed an application to Britain's highest appeal court in a last-ditch attempt to keep the names of those involved secret.The Supreme Court confirmed it had received an application from the celebrity, who was rebuffed in the Court of Appeal on Monday.
