'Drug mule' to apply for bail

The case of a woman accused of bringing 5.7kg of cocaine into the country was postponed on Monday at the Kempton Park Magistrate's Court. Police spokesperson Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo said Mandi Jane Cowli would return to court on Friday‚ when she was expected to apply for bail.Cowli‚ 32‚ was arrested on Friday night at OR Tambo International Airport shortly after arriving from Dubai with the cocaine valued at R1.
