Health minister wants to ‘wean young girls away from sugar-daddies’

The health minister wants to keep “girls in school until matric” and “wean them away from sugar-daddies”. Dr Aaron Motsoaledi announced‚ during his department’s budget vote on Tuesday‚ a “major programme…to deal with the young generation”.It will‚ he said‚ start in Youth Month (June)‚ run for three years and focus “on girls and young women‚ in the age group 15-24 years‚ and the men who are infecting and impregnating them”.
