‘Jobs for Cash’ - SADTU must face the music‚ says DA

The teachers’ union SADTU must face the music for the so-called ‘jobs for cash’ racket‚ the Democratic Alliance says.The party was commenting on the findings of an investigating which revealed irregularities in the appointment of teachers in six provinces.Of the 81 cases that were investigated‚ 38 cases provided grounds for either reasonable suspicion requiring further investigation or point directly to wrongdoing amounting to criminal conduct‚ according to the report.
