NSRI assists stricken boat off KZN south coast

The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) assisted a stricken boat experiencing motor problems off the Kwazulu-Natal south coast on Saturday. “On Saturday at 14h15‚ while on a routine training exercise with Hibiscus Medevac ambulance services NSRI Shelly Beach were activated following a request for assistance from the local boat Calypso‚ at the backline‚ off Shelly Beach‚ reporting motor problems with four local men onboard.
