Ekurhuleni Mayor Mondli Gungubele is elated to have finished the 2016 Comrades Marathon‚ seven minutes before the 12-hour cut-off time.In a statement released by his office on Tuesday‚ Gungubele said he is “over the moon” after maintaining his “100% record” in the Comrades Marathon on Sunday.“I am quite excited.
