Layered Fruit Parfait INGREDIENTSSeeds of a vanilla pod250ml (1 cup) Greek-style yogurt60ml (4 tbsp) berry compote or jam3-4 figs (or other seasonal fruit), sliced30ml (2 tbsp) crumbled halva60ml ( cup) pistachio nuts15ml (1 tbsp) honeyMETHODMix the vanilla seeds into the yoghurt.Spoon a quarter of the yoghurt into each jar.
