It's 3am in South Africa but here where I sit in Dubai airport eating a species of hard white Middle-Eastern cheese that has been fashioned into the size and shape of a ping-pong ball and dusted with some kind of finely powdered herb, it's no particular time at all. In Dubai airport they have conquered time.
