Who footed the bill for Bathabile Dlamini’s stay in a R11000-a-night suite at the Oyster Box Hotel on Sunday night? That’s the question the Democratic Alliance’s (DA) Bridget Masango is asking after being “reliably informed that the minister of social development stayed over in a luxury‚ ocean-facing suite”.
