Bryanston and Midrand suffer electricity cuts

"Unplanned power outages" hit two suburbs in Johannesburg's north on Thursday‚ Eskom said. This comes as traffic in Bryanston is described as a "hot mess" by traffic watchers on Twitter‚ who report that roadworks on William Nicol Drive northbound between Bryanston Drive and N1 are causing congestion in the evening rush hour.
