Grahamstown's water woes continue

The entire city of Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape is now without water after its second major pump station went dark overnight.This time it was Howieson's Poort pump station -- which feeds the reservoirs on the western side of the city -- that ground to a halt in the face of a major electricity outage.
