A favourite among the young and old alike INGREDIENTS300g macaroni30ml (2 tbsp) butter30g (4 tbsp) flour300ml milk30ml (2 tbsp) cream cheese50g mature cheddar cheese, grated50g Gruyère cheese, gratedPinch of nutmegPinch of English mustard powderSmall handful of grated ParmesanMETHODCook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and tip into an ovenproof casserole dish.
