Wolf-whistle might be a hate crime in some countries, but not in South Africa.The practice became a hot topic after Nottinghamshire police announced last week that men reported for wolf-whistling at women could end up with a police record.The county is the first in Britain to categorise wolf-whistling as misogynistic and a hate crime.
