AfriForum wins court battle over UFS language policy

AfriForum won a legal challenge in court on Thursday to stop the University of the Free State (UFS) from lecturing students mostly in English from 2017. Eyewitness News reported on Thursday that the lobby group took the university to the High Court in Bloemfontein‚ arguing that its new language policy was unconstitutional.
