Motorcyclist dies of injuries after shootout between police‚ alleged car thieves

The motorcyclist injured during a shootout at the corner of Johannesburg's William Nicol and Republic roads on Thursday‚ has died.

Police spokesperson Constable Stanley Bopape said the man died in hospital on Thursday night.He was injured during a shootout between four suspects and police. One suspect was shot dead‚ two others were critically injured and the fourth sustained moderate injuries.
