Teenager shot dead may be part of dog killer group

One of the Cape Town boys‚ who filmed themselves stoning a dog to death‚ has died after being shot. Some of the offenders were as young as seven. The video‚ taken a couple of weeks ago‚ shows them yelling: “You are going to die‚ to die‚” as they killed the dog. Police spokesperson FC van Wyk said: “On Thursday‚ 2016-07-28 at about 10:55 in Rhone Street‚ Manenberg‚ a 17-year-old youth was shot and killed and a 30-year-old man injured.
