Union talks tough with Telkom

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) marched to the Telkom headquarters on Tuesday to deliver a memorandum of demands‚ vowing to down tools all over the country if their demands are not met. "We went to Telkom to announce that if nothing happens on the 11th of August‚ we are going to march to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange where Telkom has been registered as a shareholder‚" said CWU general secretary Aubrey Tshabalala.
