Telkom's Mabuza co-chair of merged brewer

Jabu Mabuza, chairman of Telkom, will be Africa zone co-chairman of the entity that emerges from the merging of brewery giants Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller. The other co-chairman will be AB Inbev head Carlos Brito, who will become overall boss of the new entity. No mention was made of SABMiller CEO Alan Clark when the structure was announced yesterday.
