Toddler's body found in river near Bloemfontein

The body of an infant girl‚ believed to be no more than a year old‚ was found on Thursday afternoon in a river near Bloemfontein. ER24's Russel Meiring said paramedics were called by local authorities who received the call from a farmer who had spotted the body near Roosewall Plot Road."Search and Rescue‚ along with ER24 paramedics‚ found the body of the child lying among some rocks along the river." Meiring said it was clear that the child had been dead for some time.The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations...
