Sea rendezvous to rescue sailor

A foreign sailor in a critical condition was rescued during a sea rendezvous with a bulk carrier 17.5 kilometres off the coast of Port Elizabeth on Sunday. National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) deputy station commander for Port Elizabeth Justin Erasmus said a rescue crew‚ accompanied by an Eastern Cape government EMS paramedic‚ responded to the emergency.
