Man accused of causing Simba Mhere's death won't be prejudiced by new evidence‚ court rules

Preshalin Naidoo‚the man accused of causing Top Billing presenter Simba Mhere's death‚ will not be prejudiced if the state introduces new evidence in the case.This was the Randburg Magistrate's Court ruling in an application by the state to call new witnesses - one from a car tracking company and another from an insurance company.
