Department in contempt of court for failing to pay for eNatis

The Department of Transport and its officials were on Thursday declared to be in contempt of six court orders issued in favour of eNatis operator Tasima. The high court in Pretoria also ordered the committal of a number of department officials to prison for 30 days if they did not pay the amount owing to Tasima within two days of the order.
