Conservation vital for socio-economic development of poor and rural communities, says Zuma

Zuma says that regulations must ensure that trade of rare commodities such as rhinos or wild ginger is done in a way that ensures future generations continue to benefit from them. It is critical for governments to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival‚ says President Jacob Zuma.
