Restaurant review: Plenty to fire your appetite

Marble - celebrity chef David Higgs's much-anticipated restaurant in Rosebank - is exceptional in many ways. Marble is part of the new art mile on Keyes Avenue. It is located on the top floor of the impressive Trumpet building and the views across the leafy parts of Johannesburg are beautiful, especially at sunset from the bar, when the suburban skies turn molten red.
