Protesters block entrances after UCT takes decision resume activities

Protesters blockaded entrances to the University of Cape Town’s (UCT) Upper Campus on Monday morning‚ a day after management had taken a decision that it “will be fully open”. “This activity disrupts Jammie Shuttle service as well. Campus security is monitoring the situation and seeking ways to reopen access to the roads‚” a UCT statement said.
