State withdraws charges against Nico Henning for hit on wife

The state has withdrawn its case against Nico Henning‚ a Pretoria businessman accused of plotting his wife's murder. Chanelle Henning‚ 26‚ who was estranged from her husband‚ was gunned down by men on a motorcycle in a drive-by shooting near her son's nursery school in the Pretoria suburb of Faerie Glen on November 8 2011.
