WATCH: UKZN suspends lectures at Westville campus after protests turn violent

Lectures were suspended on Monday at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) Westville campus following clashes between students and security personnel. According to a communiqué to students‚ the university's executive director of corporate relations‚ Lesiba Seshoka‚ said groups of protesters had caused disruptions at some lecture venues.
