‘Wits will feel our wrath‚’ student leader vows as Dlamini is denied bail

Tensions were high outside the Johannesburg Magistrates Court after former Wits student representative council president Mcebo Dlamini was denied bail on Wednesday morning. Some of the supporters of the Fees Must Fall movement and workers from the University of the Witwatersrand‚ who had come in numbers to be present at Dlamimi’s bail application‚ broke down into tears when they heard it was unsuccessful.
