Police shot student with rubber bullets at point-blank range‚ Wits SRC alleges

Several students have been shot with rubber bullets and stun grenades at the University of Witwatersrand on Thursday‚ according to the Student Representative Council. A Wits SRC spokesperson told TMG Digital: “We were on campus and police opened fire at the West Campus. Several students were shot [with rubber bullets].
