Obese encounters of a legal kind

An Italian lawyer documented his suffering of being squashed by an obese passenger on a flight from Cape Town - with a selfie. Now Giorgio Destro is suing Emirates airlines for the ordeal. The case was set to start in an Italian court yesterday but this could not be confirmed by authorities.An airline spokesman would only say: "Emirates is unable to comment on this particular case as it is an ongoing legal matter.
