A Cape Town businessman was released on bail of R500 000 on Friday after being charged with defrauding the South African Revenue Service (SARS) of more than R115-million in an elaborate VAT scam. Nazmien Warner (below left)‚ 53‚ from Bellville‚ was told to be back in Cape Town Magistrate's Court in March 2.
