Tylor Baker‚ 15‚ was born without any ears. Now‚ Groote Schuur hospital in conjunction with the Fuchs Foundation‚ have given him a second chance at a normal life.

Baker received two new ears‚ made out of silicon and shaped according to his sister's ears. He now hopes to become a professional swimmer and for people to stop staring at him.

One out of every 10 000 children are born without ears‚ a condition known as microtia.
