Ethiopian Airlines crash
There were no survivors after an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737 passenger jet crashed early on Sunday, killing 157 people.
The plane left Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa for Nairobi, Kenya at 8:38am, losing contact with the control tower six minutes later.
Ramaphosa to meet Mnangagwa
Zimbabwe will on Tuesday host a meeting between Cyril Ramaphosa and their president Emmerson Mnangagwa.
President Ramaphosa will travel to Harare to co-chair the third session of the Bi-National Commission, which was established in 2015.
Ramaphosa will be accompanied by minister of international relations and cooperation Lindiwe Sisulu, defense and military veterans minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, trade and industry minister Rob Davies, home affairs minister Siyabonga Cwele and transport minister Blade Nzimande.
ANC on winning white voters
An internal ANC survey claims the governing party is likely to attract more white voters in Gauteng at the national elections on May 8.
The party's support from white voters is said to be higher than it has ever been by 8%. Gauteng premier David Makhura attributed the increase to Cyril Ramaphosa's popularity.
Matshela Koko
Sunday Times reported that former Eskom boss Matshela Koko allegedly guaranteed R6.5bn in future contracts to a multinational engineering company.
Koko reportedly guaranteed contracts to Swiss-based Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) if it subcontracted work on the Kusile power station to Impulse International, a company part-owned by his stepdaughter.
Suspect in Matwetwe star's murder expected in court
A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the robbery and murder of Matwetwe lead actor Sibusisio Khwinana.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate's court on Monday.
