An alleged serial con artist may be suspected of defrauding dozens of people out of millions over decades, but she apparently can’t afford to be released on R5,000 bail.

Tracy Morrison has been the subject of a series of media reports on allegations of brazen, sophisticated con-artistry, has made numerous bizarre claims as part of these supposed plots, such as impersonating an FBI agent and a private investigator, and even insisting she is the daughter of Hollywood actor Al Pacino.
