Tshwane Metro Police are appealing to a motorist who allegedly ploughed into three cyclists before fleeing the scene to hand himself over.
One of the cyclists was killed in the accident.
Police spokesperson Senior Superintendent Isaac Mahamba said the incident happened in Centurion at around 6am on Good Friday.
"A motorist who was driving a Toyota Tazz collided with three cyclists, leaving one dead. Two other cyclists and a passenger of the Toyota Tazz were injured," said Mahamba.
He said the motorist fled the scene on foot.
