Horse-and-cart gang leaves family sick as a parrot

The police flying squad is on the case after a horse-drawn cart was used as a getaway vehicle by parrot thieves.

The owner of Suzie the African grey – who believes she was “stolen to order” - said the thieves were were likely to be bearing the scars of their encounter.
