A 24-year-old doctor was attacked while on call at Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein on June 4 2019.
The attacker shoved his tongue into her mouth, but she fought back and bit it off.
The woman escaped unharmed, but the incident has raised concern about whether our doctors are safe.
