CEO of Vele Investments and former VBS Mutual Bank COO Robert Madzonga has instructed his lawyers to appeal a final sequestration order against him.
Madzonga, who is said to have benefited in excess of R30m through a vast network of companies and fronts, insists: “I am presumed innocent until the appeals court says otherwise.”
