Lenasia furious after ‘killer’ freed in their area

Residents of Zakariyya Park in Lenasia are up in arms about the release of a murder suspect in their neighbourhood – only for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to issue a warrant of arrest for him again a few weeks later.

The problem, says the NPA, comes down to sketchy police statements made after a man was found in a pool of blood on his couch.
